BOOKING FEES ARE
ESSENTIAL to confirm your Session, Equipment and
staff.
BOOKING FEE is $25 per person to be paid in
advance of your booked session.
Your
$25 'per
person' BOOKING FEE
includes Admission to the
venue, Equipment - semi auto paintball gun, full safety
mask, unlimited gas refills, 3 hour paintball session
and
professional staff.
The first 100 Paintballs are included ONLY for people
that Show Up to play.

Your BOOKING FEE of
$25 p.p. comes off the package you select on the day.
The First 100 paintballs are included in the Booking Fee
BUT ONLY for each person that actually participates.
The first 100 are not issued to others in the group if
people do not show up to play.

- In case someone in your group leaves and does not pay for
paintballs they asked for and used, You the Organiser
will be charged, on your credit card,
for your friends unpaid Paintball usage.

- Management reserve the right to
refuse entry to patrons affected by alcohol or
drugs. All Safety Instructions and Games
Rules and Regulations are given/spoken to players in English.
People with hearing, sight or health problems need to
show how they can participate safely and can understand
all games rules and hear all instructions and stop/go
safety sirens and whistles and any emergency stop
whistles. We do not discriminate, but all players need
to participate in a manner that is not detrimental to
the health and safety of players or staff. All safety
rules are paramount and need to be understood and
adhered to. The English language needs to be understood
and heard (Referee's also wear full face safety masks) for players to
understand the Rules and participate safely. Safety
is our No.1 focus at all times.

$25.00 is
Non Refundable (or
Redeemable for the first
100 Paintballs) for people that do not show up to play.
We require 10 working days notice
to Cancel and Refund any Booking Fee's. If players do
not turn up on your booked day to play,
we will give you a 'Credit Note'
for any unused Booking Fee's.
No Credit Note will be issued for unused Booking Fee's
for 'Daily Deals' type bookings. The Credit Note made
valid for up to 12 months. ONLY Paintball Carrum Downs
offers you this - it's a great offer if some of your
group don't show up on your Booked session. |

Midweek Bookings depending on number of players booked.
A Private Session
cannot be guaranteed if you are using 'Daily Deal' type discount vouchers.

Min $900 track hire. (ie. If 10 drivers - $90

To receive your

If players fail to arrive on time there is a chance the
gates will be locked and we will commence without the

If you have purchased any
'Daily Deal' type Discount Tickets / Vouchers (ie.Groupon) you will be required to pay
a Fully Refundable Booking Fee of
$20 Per Person.
No Discount Deals,Daily Deals or 'Saver' type deals can be
used for Midweek bookings.
This Booking Fee
can be transferred into 100 PaintbaIls per player that
do show up for your booked session or
Refunded to the organiser at the field.
Most people simply take the extra paintballs option. The
paid $20 Booking Fee will represent 100 paintballs per
player only. So instead of
getting 200 paintballs included at the start you will
each get 300 paintballs to start. The option is up to
the organiser of the group at the field on the day.
If a booked player does not show up
on your booked day the Booking Fee is non refundable, as
it covers the cost of the unused Paintball guns
and gear that You Booked.
The
'Daily Deal'
type vouchers (ie. Groupon / Star
Deals etc..) MUST be brought
along and presented on your booked session.
Without them you will be charged full amount. 1
voucher per player must be brought along to the
Paintball venue. Private Sessions are not
available for 'Daily Deal' discount voucher users.
